Louise Weston is a Chartered Business Psychologist with over 20 years’ professional experience and a master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield. Louise is an experienced practitioner specialising in diversity and inclusion, leadership development and coaching. She works with public and private sector organisations leading the design and delivery of a wide range of projects including one-to-one coaching, leadership development and talent management programmes, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership workshops and diversity audits and reviews.
