Licence
The purchasing organisation (the Purchaser) is hereby granted a perpetual licence to download and use the Skill Boosters video materials, itemised in the accompanying invoice, for the purpose of training its direct employees (salaried employees or freelance personnel directly contracted by the Purchaser), subject to the terms and conditions below.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and copyright in the video materials and all intellectual property contained within remains wholly with Skill Boosters and/or its partners.
Territory
The Purchaser is licensed to use the Skill Boosters video materials to deliver training to its direct employees around the World subject to any local laws and jurisdictions.

Every effort has been made to ensure the training messages contained in the video materials are accurate, up-to-date and represent best practice. However, they are not intended to convey or replace expert professional advice. Skill Boosters takes no responsibility for the consequences of any actions taken by the Purchaser or its employees and officers based on the content of these video materials.
The Purchaser is permitted to:
- Install the video file locally onto any computers and mobile devices owned by the Purchaser or its direct employees and used solely by its direct employees
- Use the video materials as part of face-to-face training sessions or workshops
- Edit and alter the video materials as it sees fit and include extracts of the video materials within the production of new video presentations provided the new video presentations will only be viewed by its direct employees
- Include the video materials within wider e-learning modules it may develop provided the resulting modules will only be used by its direct employees.
Unless otherwise stated the Purchaser is not permitted to:
- Install the video materials for delivery via its internal computer network and/or learning Management Systems/HR Management System
- Upload the video material for online delivery
- Make the video materials, in any form, available to any individual not in its direct employ
- Pass or distribute the video materials to third party organisations or individuals even where the third party may be a subcontractor or supplier to the Purchaser
- Make a charge for viewing the materials or sell or distribute the video material in whole or in part in any format to a third party*
- Put the video materials on public display in such a way that they can be viewed by individuals other than its direct employees

The Purchaser is strictly forbidden to:
- Upload the video materials in whole or in part to the Internet or any computer server/network where they can be publicly accessed or viewed by any individual not in its direct employ, or broadcast or transmit the video materials in any form via any technology in existence or not yet invented.
Where the Purchaser is in the business of delivering face-to-face training sessions and workshops to a third party client base (the Trainer):
The Trainer is permitted to:
- Load the video materials onto the laptops and mobile devices of the consultants and trainers in its direct employ
- Embed the video materials into PowerPoint presentations or slide decks for the purposes of delivering face-to-face training sessions to a paying audience in a private space
- Use the video materials as part of Webinars and online training sessions where the attendees have paid a fee for the training and there is no public access to the video materials within the sessions whether live or recorded for future use
- Edit and alter the video materials to suit its purposes.
Unless otherwise stated the Trainer is not permitted to:
- Make the video materials, in any form, available to any individual not in its direct employ
- Pass or distribute the video materials to third party organisations or individuals even where the third party maybe a client, subcontractor or supplier of the Trainer, including where the video materials are embedded in a PowerPoint presentation/slide-decks used to deliver a specific training session to a client of the Trainer, save where the client organisation has purchased its own licence for the specific video materials from Skill Boosters or one of its distributors
- Make a charge for viewing the materials or sell or distribute the video material in whole or in part in any format to a third party other than as part of a face-to-face training session*
- Put the video materials on public display in such a way that they can be viewed by individuals other than the direct employees of the Trainer or its clients.
